MORRIS, John Stanley - Peacefully passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2013. Loving husband of Kathleen (Kay) for 63 years. Devoted father of Steven (Lynn) and John (Sherri). Proud Poppa of Adam (Amanda), Andrew (Bailey) and Natasha. Predeceased by his daughter-in-law Judy and his brother Ronald. A memorial visitation will be held at Wexford Heights United Church, 2102 Lawrence Ave. E. (Warden and Lawrence Aves.) on Monday, September 23, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A memorial Service will take place on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 1 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service at the Church. John will be remembered for his active involvement in Wexford Heights United Church and dedication to The Dickens Fellowship, The Trillium Club of Ontario and The Logic Computer Club. A special thank you to Rev. Susan MCAllister, the Cook family, Dr. Chen, Dr. Shogilev and the many friends who kept us in their prayers and supported us during John's illness. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to Wexford Heights United Church in Celebration of and Thanksgiving for John's many years of dedicated service or to Scarborough General Hospital for the excellent care John received.
