FERRARA, John (Giovanni) - Suddenly passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at the age of 84. Predeceased by his loving wife Linda. Beloved father to Joanne and her husband Mario. Proud grandfather to Olivia, Cole and Luke. Predeceased by his siblings Lucia, Corrado, Sebastiano, Giuseppe and Bennedetto. Family will receive friends at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Scarborough (east of Kennedy Rd.) on Monday, August 5, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Lawrence the Martyr Church, 2210 Lawrence Ave. E., Scarborough. on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Highland Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
