OGAKI (KUTSUKAKE), Shizue \"Sheila\" - Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Scarborough General Hospital in her 95th year. Predeceased by her husband Takeshi Ogaki and Harold Kutsukake (1975). Loved mother of Donna (Gerald Oye) and Dennis (Susan) Kutsukake. Devoted nana to Leslie (Michael), James and Alayna. Great-nana to Nariko and Akiko Chaffe. Special step-mother to Ken and Jane Ogaki and Iris Madakoro and nana to Shane, Tyler, Carly, Tim and Clayton. Shizue is survived by her siblings Pat Ebata, Harry Ikebuchi and Amy Hamaoka and sister-in-law Sue Ikebuchi. Predeceased by Joan, Shigeo and Howard. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Thank you to the staff of Momiji for the wonderful care and support over the past several years and to the palliative care unit at Scarborough General Hospital. Visitation will be held at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. East, Agincourt (east of Kennedy Rd.) on Friday, May 17th from 1-4 p.m. Private family burial to follow. In lieu of Koden or flowers, donations to Momiji Health Care Society, 3555 Kingston Rd., Toronto, ON M1M 3W4 would be appreciated.
