PEKOS (PAIKOS), John - Passed away peacefully at the age of 90 on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 surrounded by his family. John was predeceased by his wife Sofia and his grandson Christopher. Loving father to Freda (George), Elsie (Nick), Peter (Natalie) and Susan (John). Dearest grandfather of Ann (Rob), Michele (Zuhair), Danny (Christina), Elizabeth (Tom), Jonathan, Helen, Phillip, Jason, Zoe, Cara and to 5 great-grandchildren. John is survived by his sister Kitsa and predeceased by his brother Pandelis and sisters Lena, Proshka and Slava. He will be sadly missed by nieces and nephews, cousins and many, many friends. Visitation will be held at Ogden Funeral Homes, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., on Thursday, January 10, 2013 from 2 - 9 p.m. and the funeral service will be held on Friday, January 11, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Holy Trinity Macedono-Bulgarian Eastern Orthodox Church, 201 Monarch Park Ave., Toronto. Interment Pine Hills Cemetery.
