BURROWS, Edith Mildred (nee Rogers) - Peacefully on October 19, 2012, at Shepherd Village, Agincourt, Ontario, in her 99th year. Loving wife to her late husband Chester (Gamie), dear mother to Kathie (Jim), Jim (Marilyn), the late Shirley and Jack (Ruth). Sister to Wilfred (Betty), Edna (late Don). Predeceased by her sisters Freda, Ruby, Hazel and Violet and her parents, Fred A. Rogers and Hannah Jane Storry. Also predeceased by her grandson Barry (Kathryn). Will be missed by her grandchildren, Kathy (Keith), Susan (Chuck), Kelly (Darlene), Ken, Scott (Josephine), Lorna (Derek), Howie (Beth), Carol (Brian), 19 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Edith was laid to rest at Highland Memory Gardens on Monday, October 22nd. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 27th at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Avenue East, Agincourt at 2 p.m. Visitation one hour prior and a reception to follow. The family wishes to thank Vickie and the Lodge staff for their kind care. Donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
