ACCIARI, Giulio - Of Toronto, born in Lucca, Italy, August 1, 1929. Passed peacefully at home in the presence of family after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Brother to Lillia; devoted husband to Pearl (Signorello). Beloved father of Julie Michell (Bill) and Anne Ross (Pete). Adored \"papa\" to Merissa, Katerina, Danielle, Serena and Corey. Cherished uncle and respected friend to many; Giulio will be sadly missed by all who knew him for the amazing man that he was. Warm thanks to Lin and Pat for their love, dedication and support of Giulio and the family; to Marie, PSW, for her tender loving care; to Elaine, RN, for her weekly visits; and especially to Dean Walters, NP, for his mentorship of the family as we learned by his example, the compassionate ways of palliative homecare.
