Elizabeth Dorothy DE VRIES | Visit Guest Book DE VRIES, Elizabeth Dorothy - August 18, 1930 - February 23, 2012 Passed away peacefully at Seven Oaks Long Term Care Facility on February 23, 2012. Beloved wife of Joseph. Loving mother of Christina, Ruth, Stephen (Robin) and Lynda (Raffaele). Cherished Grandma of 10 grandchildren. Predeceased by Dorothy, Andrew and daughter Donna. The family wishes to thank the staff of Seven Oaks for their excellent care during the past 14 months. Visitation will be held at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Scarborough (east of Kennedy Rd.), on Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 7-9 p.m. A celebration of her life will be held at the Grace Christian Reformed Church, 25 Channel 9 Court, Scarborough (north of Hwy. 401, off McCowan Rd.) on Friday, March 9, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Pine Hills Cemetery, 625 Birchmount Rd. in Scarborough. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Beth to the Alzheimer Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
