Concetta Mosca, 90, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was a beacon of light in our lives, and her memory will forever be cherished.

Born on November 10, 1933 in Castel Di Sangro, Italy, Concetta was the beloved daughter of Luigi & Rosa Ricchiuto, sister of Erminia and Giacomo. She grew up in Castel Di Sangro, where she developed her passion for family, cooking, nature, making clothing, was an expert garment maker. Throughout her life, she touched the hearts of everyone she met with her kindness, compassion, and unwavering love.

Concetta Mosca was a devoted wife to Vittorio Mosca, with whom she shared 67 years of marriage filled with joy, laughter, and countless memories. Together, they built a beautiful family and created a loving home.

As a mother, Concetta was unparalleled. She dedicated her life to nurturing and supporting her children, Rita & Riccardo, instilling in them values of integrity, resilience, and empathy. Her love knew no bounds, and her guidance shaped them into the remarkable individuals they are today.

Beyond her role as a mother, Concetta was a cherished friend, confidante, and mentor to many. Her warm smile, gentle spirit, and wise counsel left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In her free time, Concetta enjoyed cooking, gardening, music, the theatre, while also finding solace and joy in being with family and friends.

Concetta's legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will live on through her family and all those whose lives she touched. Though she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit will continue to inspire us each day.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Vittorio; her loving children, Rita & Riccardo; and a host of relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

A celebration of Concetta's life will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Ogden Funeral Homes. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to “Alzheimer Society of Canada” in her honor.
