It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Alfredo (Fred/Tanting) Cruz on February 29, 2024.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend to many. He was predeceased by his wife, Zenaida (2008). He is survived by his beloved children Gerry (Dory), Reny (Elen), and Jocelyn, and precious grandchildren Azel (Wren), Paulo, Nico, Angelo, Gerald, and Angelica (Kelven), and great grandchildren Kiel, and Luna. He is also survived by his siblings Hino (Belen+) and Santa (Russell+), as well as aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 4th from 5:00-8:00 p.m. (ET), and a funeral Mass will take place at the Prince of Peace Parish Church, Scarborough on Tuesday, March 5th at 11:00 a.m. (ET). with cremation to follow.
