Obituary of Mr. David Howe
DAVID HOWE
May 29th, 1967 – February 9th, 2022
Passed away suddenly on February 9th, 2022 at the age of 54. Loving son to Irene and Daniel.
Devoted and proud father to his 15 year old daughter Kyla and partner to Margo for 14 years.
Will sadly be missed by his aunts, cousins and many friends. A Celebration of Life will be held in the
spring at his parents’ home. David was born in Scotland. He came to Canada in October 1970 with his
parents. He played sports – baseball, soccer and hockey. Hockey being his favourite. He loved visiting
his cousins, auntie Margaret and uncle Wally. His parents have a trailer in Lindsay so they would go
every weekend between May – October. David loved to fish at the trailer park. He had many friends
there and was very popular. He still kept in touch with a lot of them on facebook.
David worked in sales. He was good at it. He could have sold ice to the Eskimos. He should have been a
politician. He had the gift of the gab.
He had a good share of girlfriends and then he met Margo. They had a daughter Kyla. The love of his
life. They were like two peas in a pod. He was so proud of Kyla. She is a top student and he let
everyone know it.
His choice in music was AD/DC, Kiss and Led Zeplin. He would play his music to Kyla – she liked it. David
liked the Maple Leafs and Pittsburgh Steelers.
When David came into this world they placed him in his mother’s arms. When David left for the other
world he was in his mother’s arms.
