Obituary of Mr. William (Billy) Gillingham

April 8, 1968 – December 23, 2021

With his loving wife by his side William “Billy” Gillingham gained his wings, and heaven received another Angel. His heart was so full of love it broke.

At the age of 53 years old, Billy left behind the love of his life Karen of almost 28 years and two beautiful children Madison (18) and Liam (12). He was an adoring father who only wished happiness for his family. Predeceased by his parents Dominic & Sarah Gillingham, sisters Catherine and Lillian and brother Randy. Billy was the youngest of 12 amazing and loving siblings who had so much admiration for their baby brother. He was always surrounded by so much love and laughter. He had a special bond with each and every one of them.

He was a fun and loving uncle and was adored by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Anyone who knew Billy knew his love and appreciation for Life and the importance of his family and friends. You all had a special place in his heart. His quirky humour. The pride he took in his work as a painter. His love of animals and nature and spending his time off at his trailer. His passion for superheroes. And his ability to make friends anywhere he went…

He has touched the lives of so many and will be greatly missed.

He truly was our “Superhero”. Fly high sweetheart.
