This is the Life of Winsome Valarie (Tunce) Miller nee McKitty.
Passed away Monday, July 25th, 2016 at Toronto East General Hospital after struggling valiantly with Parkinson disease. Her final days were spent surrounded by her family.
Valarie was born May 11, 1938 in Burnt Savannah, Westmoreland, Jamaica. Valarie was the first of ten children of Douglas and Nellie McKitty. She is predeceased by her parents and the following brothers and sisters --- Billy McKitty, Jerffrey McKitty, Milton McKitty, Hortense Dennis, Mitzie Barnaby and Anthony McKitty.
Valarie is survived by her six children Clive Emerson and spouse Ingrid, Mona Jean, Dawn Pamela and spouse Paul, Roger St. Patrick, Wilton Weldon and spouse Joan and one son as she calls, "my adopted son" Mark Anthony (Paul) and Diana and spouse Martin (Devon). Several nieces, nephews, 22 grand and 21 great-grandchildren. Her brother Rev. Brian McKitty and spouse Pearline, sisters Sonia Stewart and Pauline McKitty-Robinson and spouse (Richard) sisters-in-law Yvonne and Marlene. A multitude of other relatives and great friends.
