Obituary of Mrs. Iluminada Dionisio

It is with deep sorrow and enduring love that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother, Iluminada Dionisio, on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at the age of 88, surrounded by the family whose lives she so profoundly shaped.

Born in Bulacan, Philippines, Iluminada spent much of her life in Manila before immigrating to Canada with her husband and family in 1976. With courage and determination, she embraced the challenges of a new country in pursuit of greater opportunities for those she loved.

Iluminada was predeceased by her beloved husband, Antonio, and by loved ones who passed before her. She leaves behind her children, grandchildren, stepchildren, extended family, and many loved ones who will forever carry her memory and legacy.

To her family, she was more than a mother and grandmother, she was the heart of the family, a source of strength, wisdom, and unwavering support. Her life was a testament to hard work, perseverance, generosity, and selfless dedication. She taught by example, inspiring those around her through her determination, kindness, and steadfast belief in the importance of family.

Iluminada’s legacy lives on in the lives she nurtured, the opportunities she helped create for future generations, and the values she instilled in all who knew her. Though she will be profoundly missed, her memory will remain a lasting blessing and guiding light to her family and all whose lives were touched by her remarkable presence.
