MARILYN ANNE MACNEISH

 

Marilyn Anne MacNeish of Toronto, Ontario was born in Toronto on June 25, 1939, and passed away peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital on January 16, 2026, at the age of 86.

 

Marilyn grew up in Toronto and enjoyed a long and dedicated career of 36 years with The Bank of Nova Scotia. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert (Stu) MacNeish.

 

She is lovingly remembered by her children Cheryl (Hugh) and Dana (Brad); grandchildren Brandon and Ashley (Rob); and her great-grandchild, Brooks. Marilyn is also survived by her brother Larry and sister-in-law Joan, and was predeceased by her brother Bill.

 

Marilyn enjoyed Blue Jay games, movies, watching television, reading, dining out, and traveling to the East Coast and Florida. She loved spending time with friends and family and will be fondly remembered for her keen knowledge of current events and wry sense of humour. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
