The Irish Blessings – “Those We love Don’t Go Away”
Those we love don’t go away,
They walk beside us every day,
unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear.
My dearest Jen. I am grateful to have been your aunt. You brought such joy and laughter to my life and our family. You were the middle child and first niece which held a special position in our family. I remember baby sitting and playing with you. You loved playing card and board games. Although at times, you had your own rules. I loved spending time watching your play soccer and hearing about your sports accomplishments. Dale and I were lucky enough to coach you in softball where you displayed more athletic talents. I remember how excited you were for our family to expand and your cousins to arrive . You were always one of the first visitors to hold the new babies. I liked that I had built in babysitter. I watched you grow into an beautiful and kind young women who excelled in her academic studies. These accomplishments led to career opportunities that allowed you to tap into your adventurous side. Wherever you were absent from a holiday dinner you did your best to call in for a face time visit. It demonstrated how important family was to you and you to us.
I miss you. My love for you will never stop and you will never be forgotten.

Rick and I would like to express our profound sadness for your loss. Jen was one of Julia's closest friends, an old friend, the most precious kind of friend. The last time we saw Jen was at Julia's wedding. She was dancing up a a storm. That's the way we'll remember her.
May her memory be a blessing.

Whether it was a summer afternoon at the cottage or the shared excitement of a baseball game, Jenn had a wonderful way of being present. She was someone who appreciated the simple pleasures of life—the friendly competition of a game of cornhole on the lawn, the energy of a stadium crowd, and the easy conversation that flows during a weekend away.
Jenn brought a sense of lightheartedness and warmth to every gathering. While she will be deeply missed, her memory remains a reminder to cherish the time we spend together and to find joy in the games we play and the teams we cheer for.

Rob & Paula, Jonathan & David,
We are deeply heartbroken for your unimaginable loss. Jennifer was an extraordinary person whose kindness, strength, and achievements touched everyone who knew her. We fondly remember our daughters being christened together, a special serendipity moment. As our young families grew with visits and birthday parties, we remember Jennifer’s bright spirit. Over the years, we loved hearing of her many accomplishments in sport, academics, and her career. Words cannot express the sadness we feel, but please know that you are surrounded by love and support.

Jennifer Carrie will never be forgotten.
Her adventurous spirit inspired everyone around her, whether she was taking on new challenges or stepping up when it mattered most. She brought that same passion and determination to the softball field, where her skill, teamwork, and competitive drive truly stood out. Above all, Jennifer was incredibly resourceful - always dependable, always willing to help, and always finding a way forward. Her energy, kindness, and impact over the past years I have known her will continue to live on in all of us who were fortunate to know her.

Dear Rob, Paula, Jonathan and David,
We have no words to adequately express our sadness for the loss of your Jennifer.
We remember Jennifer as part of our neighbourhood’s fabric of life. The kids were all ages and sizes, playing on the street, laughing, shouting and running around, and then, watching in awe the fireworks on special evenings.
We send our condolences to you and your extended family. We hope your memories of Jennifer will comfort you.
With love,
John, Nine, Emily and Trevor

Dear Paula, Rob, Jonathan and David,
Ray, Julie, Deanna, Rachel, Wes and Brandon would like to extend our sincere condolences to you.
We remember Jenny as being a very bright and adventurous little girl. She had a curious and fearless spirit. Rachel, being the closest age to Jenny, played many games, and her most memorable game was the many times when Jenny and she would ride their bikes together. They would keep riding until
“we didn’t know where we were”, just for the fun of finding their way back home. To Rachel and Jenny, it always felt like an adventure.
That sounds like the Jenny we remember, and we’re so very sorry for your loss.
