Obituary of Mr. Vincent Joseph Noronha
Vincent Joseph Noronha
October 27, 1947 – November, 12, 2025
Born in Karachi, Pakistan, in 1947, to Nataline and Anthony Philip,
Vincent Joseph Noronha was a gentle soul destined to touch many hearts
not through grand gestures,
but through quiet love and steadfast grace.
He was a man of few words,
yet his silence spoke volumes.
In every steady step, in every thoughtful act,
he showed what strength looks like
when it is calm, patient, and deeply kind.
Vincent loved without conditions.
He gave without being asked.
He guided with a gentle hand,
teaching by example what it means
to put family first, always.
Vincent retired from the WSIAT after a devoted career, prior to that worked as a technician for the Imperial Iranian Airforce. He loved playing cricket, and watching baseball and hockey.
He served with honour as a Knights of Columbus Commander.
And travelling around the world hand in hand with his wife brought him joy.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Sylvia,
with whom he walked through life
in partnership, trust, and devotion.
He was the cherished father of Wesley (Kimberly)
and Wayne (Sovaida),
and the proud, devoted grandfather of
Austin, Jordan, Kayla, Malaikah, and Aaryana,
each one a light in his life.
He is remembered with love by his siblings
Claudine (Gordon), Romina (late Everard), and Teckla (Farid),
and reunites in eternal peace with his late brother Fidelis (late Muriel).
Vincent lived simply,
but his impact was profound.
He asked for little,
yet gave endlessly.
He walked gently,
yet left footprints
that will never fade.
May his soul,
so quietly radiant,
find rest in everlasting peace
and may his memory continue
to whisper strength, love,
and grace into the hearts
of all who knew him.
