Vince was a true gentlemen, and also he was a gentle man, with never a harsh word for anyone. It was a pleasure to have worked with him at WSIAT as he was, as others have written, always cheerful yet highly effective at getting things done. May his memory live on in all who knew him, and may his family experience peace.

I worked with Vince at WSIAT for many years and have fond memories of him.
Vince enjoyed talking to everyone he met. He was friendly with all the staff, regardless of their position. He always had a smile and could see the humorous side of any situation. He worked conscientiously each and every day to make sure appeal materials were delivered on time.
My condolences to his family.

Memories of Vince will forever bring a smile to my face. His sense of humour was boundless and contagious and only overshadowed by his remarkable sense of duty and dedication to those he served at WSIAT.
My sincerest condolences to the Noronha Family, may you find small comfort in the knowledge that Vince was loved by all at WSIAT.
Gone but never forgotten.

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our esteemed Brother Knight SK Vincent Noronha. A dedicated member of St. Barnabas Council 13785 for many years. He was also a 4th degree member with Bishop Charles P Greco Assembly # 2113.
He truly exemplified the principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism.
He served faithfully at the Council and Assembly level, with active participation in
the Honor Guard duties, leaving an enduring impact on our council and parish community.
We will forever be grateful for his passion, generosity, and unwavering commitment
to our mission. Our deepest sympathies, condolences, and prayers are with his wife Sylvia Noronha, and the entire Noronha family during this difficult time.
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.
May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God,
rest in peace. Amen.

Vince was truly a wonderful kind and gentle person with a wonderful sense of humor. I had the pleasure of working with him at WSIAT for over 20 years and have nothing but great memories of our time together. If I needed something I just let Vince know and it was looked after. My condolence to his family and friends and may he rest in peace.
