R.I.P. my friend. While our paths separated after working together for many years at IBM, I’m glad that we remained connected/friends via social media.

Our condolences to the entire Holder family.
Courtland was a very upbeat and cheerful individual. He had a heart of gold and a great sense of humor.
We will certainly miss his lovely voice when he took part in karaoke or sang the birthday song to his friends.
Our prayer is that God wrap his arms around you and comfort you at this time.
A soul so dear remains forever near. May he rest in peace and rise in Glory.

It was a true privilege to have worked alongside Courtland for several years. From the very beginning, his dedication and commitment to excellence were evident in everything he did. He approached his work with determination, pride, and a genuine desire to deliver the highest quality. No matter the challenge or the hour, Courtland could always be counted on to rise to the occasion.
But beyond his professional strengths, what stood out most was the person he was. Courtland was more than a colleague — he was a friend, a brother. He carried himself with kindness and generosity, and he had a way of bringing both laughter and comfort even in the most difficult moments. Together, we shared countless memories, from moments of lighthearted humor to the weight of tough challenges. Through it all, his character never wavered.
Courtland’s heart was as remarkable as his work ethic. He was caring, loyal, and always willing to extend a hand to others. His passing is a profound loss, felt deeply by all who knew him. He left us far too soon, and the space he leaves behind is immeasurable.
Courtland will be remembered not only for his contributions and accomplishments, but for the warmth of his friendship and the goodness of his spirit. His memory will live on in the stories we share, the lessons he taught us, and the lives he touched. He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
