Obituary of Mrs. Diane Seymour

Georgina Diane Seymour, born in Toronto on July 5,1946 passed away August 28,2025 at Baycrest Hospital.  Diane is reunited with her husband Fred, daughter Melissa and brother Bill. 

She leaves behind her daughters Stacey (Jon) and Kristen (Alex) and her adoring grandchildren Gabriella, Daniel, Nadia (Trevor), Hannah, Julia, Ben, Ava, and Jeremy. Diane is also lovingly remembered by her brother Tom (Nancy), and her cherished friend Liz.

Diane’s greatest joy in life was her family and friends.  Her door was always open and many laughs and tears where shared around the kitchen table over a cup of coffee or sitting on the front porch. Her love language was giving- giving of her love, time and talents.  Her gift of connecting with people meant you were never a stranger for long. Her legacy of love is woven into the lives of all who were touched by her kindness. 

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday September 6, 2025 at Bridlewood Presbyterian Church (2501 Warden Ave, Toronto).
Visitation from 10:00 am to 11:00 am prior to the service at 11:00 followed by a lunch reception in the church hall.
