In Loving Memory of Nathanial Nathan White
October 24, 1997 – June 25, 2025
It is with the deepest sorrow and heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved son, brother, grandson, and dear friend, Nathanial Nathan White, known to all simply as Nathan. Born on October 24, 1997, in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, Nathan left this world on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at the age of 27, leaving behind an enduring legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
From the very start, Nathan was a beacon of light in our lives. His joyful spirit, warm smile, and generous heart touched everyone fortunate enough to know him. Nathan had a way of making people feel special and loved — he never missed an opportunity to tell those close to him just how much they meant to him. His words were never empty; they were a reflection of his true, boundless love.
Nathan’s passions were as vibrant and unique as he was. He had a deep love for food, often sharing his favorite flavors and dishes with friends and family, turning every meal into a celebration. Skateboarding was more than a hobby—it was a source of freedom, joy, and self-expression for him, where he found peace and excitement all at once. His impressive collection of shoes was a testament to his keen eye for style and his love for the little things that brought him happiness. Above all, Nathan cherished the time spent with those he loved, whether in lively gatherings or quiet moments of connection. Family and friends were the center of his world.
Nathan’s life was shaped and supported by the strong and loving bonds he shared with those around him. He was born to his devoted mother, Natalya Renee White, who nurtured his spirit and stood by him through every step. He was blessed with a loving grandfather, Livingston White, and three wonderful grandmothers, Karen Clay and Lorna Forbes, and Dorrett Barnes whose wisdom and care were an integral part of his journey.
He was a cherished brother to Jillesha White, Shemiah Brown-White, and Rèhym White, each holding a special place in his heart. Nathan’s family extended to his step-siblings, Tyreal Brown, Kiayan Brown, and Nashawn Gillett, and he shared meaningful relationships with his stepfathers, Wayne Gillett and Everton Brown, who helped guide him through life’s challenges and joys.
Throughout his life, Nathan was also deeply supported and loved by his aunts, uncles, Cousins and close friends, who were an intricate part of his upbringing and helped shape the wonderful person he became. Their love, guidance, and presence were a steady source of strength and joy for Nathan.
Nathan’s laughter, kindness, and unwavering loyalty were gifts to all who knew him. Though his time with us was far too brief, the love and light he shared will live on eternally in our hearts. His memory is a treasure we will hold close forever.
A celebration of Nathan’s life will be held soon, where family and friends will come together to honor his beautiful soul and the lasting impact he made on all our lives.
Rest peacefully, dear son. You are forever loved, forever missed, and forever a part of us.
