I was deeply saddened to hear about Mrs Chong’s passing. She was such a warm, bright presence in my life—always smiling, full of wisdom, and so kind. I’ll always cherish the memories of our cruise together with my mom and the many conversations we shared, especially after my mom passed. Talking with her about recipes or exchanging holiday greetings felt like keeping a little piece of that love alive. She had a way of making everyone around her feel lighter and brighter. My heart goes out to her family during this difficult time. May her memory be a blessing, and may you find comfort in the love and joy she brought to so many.
