Obituary of Pastor Godfrey Alexander Beresford

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Godfrey Alexander
Beresford, a loving husband, devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle,
cherished friend, who passed away peacefully on January 6, 2025, at the age of
89. Born on April 3, 1935, in Georgetown, Guyana, South America, he was
known for his strong faith in God, kindness, generosity, strong work ethic and
unwavering commitment to his family. Godfrey Alexander is survived by his
beloved wife, Cicely Joan Beresford, and his children, Wanda, Giddel, Andrew
and Cindy Beresford. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A
celebration of his life will be held at Global Kingdom Ministries on Monday,
January 20, 2025 at 11:00am, with the Repast directly after the burial at Global
Kingdom Ministers.
