Obituary of Mrs. Swee Ching Lue Tam

LUE TAM, Swee Ching (nee CHAN SWEE CHING) Under the tender care and love of her children and families, Swee Ching passed away peacefully at the age of 91 years, on Friday, June 8, 2018, in the Critical Care Unit at Markham Stouffville Hospital. She was predeceased by loving husband Martin (Lue Ma Chim) and younger brother Chan Lun, and survived by older brother Chan Ka Wing. She was a devoted and loving mother to children Koon Ying (husband Yuk Wing Lee), Anthony (wife Karen Ho Tom), Anne, Victor (wife May Tang), and Norman (wife Sarah Holding); and grandchildren Lilian, Leo (wife Lauren Cipolla), Thomas (wife Iris Zhang), Kyle, Sabrina, Tiffany, Brendon, Neil, Kevin, Kathryn, Connor, Madeline, Owen and Clare; and great-grandchildren Abigail and Amabella. Affectionately regarded by all her relatives and friends. She will be dearly missed and her memory will live on in those who love and know her. Visitation at Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E., Toronto, on Friday, June 15, 2018 from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 16, 2018 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 5633 Hwy. 7, Markham. Interment at Elgin Mills Cemetery, 1591 Elgin Mills Rd. E., Richmond Hill. Donations to the Critical Care Unit, Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation, may be made in lieu of flowers.
