Jemma Samaroo, 74, passed away on February 10th 2018 in Toronto. She was the wife of Bramadath Samaroo. They shared 48 years of marriage together.

Born in San Fernando, Trinidad, she was the daughter of Ibrahim Mohammed and Zulaikha Hasnoo. She worked at Bramie’s Travel Service in San Fernando Trinidad where she managed the office accounts.

Jemma will be remembered by family and friends for her loving and caring nature and as someone who very often put the needs of others ahead of her own.

She is survived by her husband Bramie, children Nigel, Nadine, Marcus & Gillian, grandchildren Brendan & Gabriel.

She was the sister of Sylvia, Zide, Laura, Tiny & Marilyn. Daughter-in-law of Dipraj & Samdiah Samaroo. Aunt of Patricia Tikasingh, the Gopaul’s, Kowlessars and Samaroo’s and many others.

Jemma was a friend to many including Cedric Rampersad of Tobago and Zena Ali of Toronto.

Visitation will be held on Sunday February 11th 2018 from 3-7pm at the Ogden Funeral Home – 4164 Sheppard Avenue East Scarborough Ontario. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday February 12th at 11am at the same location, followed by a private cremation ceremony.

Memorial Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
