We were all saddened by the sudden passing of Paul. I had spoken to Paul over the phone two weeks before he died. Linda and I curled with Paul at Annandale Golf and Curling Club and enjoyed playing with him. Rest in peace Paul.

I’m deeply saddened by the loss of my friend Paul Seaman. My heart goes out to his daughter Madison and his family during this difficult time. From cheering on the Argos together, to working on cars, to sharing a love for racing, we built so many memories. You will be truly missed, my friend.
A couple years ago, we got tickets to see the taping of Canada's Got Talent in Niagara Falls. We invited Paul to go with us for his birthday. We spent the day there, had some brunch, went to the Falls and watched the show being taped. It was a great day. Paul remarked that it was one of the best birthdays he had ever had.
We first met Paul at the skating rink, as both our daughters figure skated. He was always there to watch Madison during practices, competitions and test days. We came to find out that we were both teachers and our paths may have crossed in the TDSB.
For my 50th birthday, a few years ago, he wrote a little something for me-the last line is my favourite. The photo is from that day as well.
Paul took John and I to our first Argos game and we spent many Thanksgivings together. We still can't believe he's gone. John and I spoke to him a few days before he turned for the worse.
Condolences to his family. We will think of him every time we see Snoopy.

I met Paul through Moe’s Hockey and learned of his passion for rally racing.
I also enjoyed sharing the passion for the CFL and the Argos with him.

Paul will be greatly missed. We spent many happy (and sometimes frustrating) hours together working on cars, rallying, slaloming, ice racing, sports car racing and marshaling. He was may partner in more than 40 Canoe the Nonquon canoe marathons (and we won at least one and placed in the top 3 in a couple of others). We made (and drank) beer and wine together, and generally hung out and had good times. He will be missed.
Paul was a perfect uncle to me while I was growing up. Through a lot of chaos he was a source of stability and uncomplicated love and fun. From our trips to the cottage, to taking me ice racing as a kid (ice racing is the only kind of motorsport that allows a passenger), to holiday family dinners (he always won a turkey from curling), he brought his smile and laughter (and his corny jokes) with him. And as I grew up and had my own kids, he touched their lives as well, and I will forever be grateful for the time I had with him. I will take inspiration from him to always view the world in a positive light and to be there for my friends and family. The world needs more people like him. We love you and miss you so much our dear Uncle Paul.
I have known Paul for the past 60 odd years after meeting him with our association with Camp WesCenEasKin (a camp owned and operated by the YPU (young peoples unions) of the Toronto area United Church.
Paul had a great love and pride for his daughter Madi, plus his other family and friends and stayed active despite the aches and pains.
Hopefully there are cars to fix and race in heaven, and an oldtimers hockey game or two to keep him busy.
Paul was a good friend many years ago. He taught me how to drive an ice racer which we did together in Minden for bout 9 years. He was so encouraging to get me to drive faster down the straight stretch, not sure I ever got it right but he certainly did. He so enjoyed racing and working on the cars all of those years.
I knew Paul through the Suburban Masters Curling League for several years and had many interesting conversations with him. I will miss them and Paul's great sense of humour.

Paul, you were such a great Uncle to us and your support meant a lot; whether it was coming for dinner, inquiring how the kids were or coming to Nate’s basketball…we loved spending time with you. We will miss your wisdom and wit forever. Rest in Peace Uncle Paul.

I’ve known Paul since before I was married back in 1971. We were next-door neighbours at the cottage when we were teenagers. My brother, John and his brother Michael were friends as well. Rest in peace, Paul.
