To Dave Hederson ... Diane and I have fond memories of meeting your Mum several times over the years. The result was always the same, pure joy in her sense of humour, and the engaging life stories she shared. A lovely lady in all respects. Rest in peace. Our sincere condolences to you, Anita, Leslie, Leanne and families. Michael Smith & Diane Paquette

I fondly remember when I first moved to Canada that cousin Betty and Jim were so welcoming and made me feel part of their family. Betty was a lovely lady. Rest in Peace.

It amazes me to learn after all this time I never knew Betty’s full name! My memories of her and Mr. Hederson (Jim) are so fond and are many- all from the cottage on Bob Lake. The one I remember the most would be sitting on the deck of the Hederson cottage where Betty showed me how to macrame - it was my first and only time - we spent an entire day creating an Owl which then featured prominently in my grandparents’ bedroom for decades. She was a beautiful, kind, thoughtful woman. Betty and Jim are finally together again at the cottage in the sky! Sending my condolences to the entire Hederson clan- Melissa, Luc and Henri xoxo

Whenever I had the pleasure of being in the presence of Betty, I always felt I was in the presence of greatness. Betty possessed a fineness and quiet strength that glimmered through a persona of hospitality and grace. RIP, Betty! Heartfelt condolences to the entire Hederson family, Mary Wilkinson
