Q: What will you never forget about Mr. Shaka? A: Shaka was the most vibrant, caring and community minded person. I met Shaka at my local library; amy love for the TPL grew from there. He was always assisting folks from marginalized communities with resource information. He really enjoyed Blocko Pride celebrations; his georgie laforge star trek sunglasses! But mostly I remember the friend that would pop in just when needed for a smoke and beverage. His love for his family was strong!! My friend/librarian/ Blocko ride or die buddy and all around amazing world citizen, you will be missed. Thank you for your friendship!!!Rest in power. Thandy
